Roto designed, developed, built and installed all interpretive elements for this ground-breaking zoo attraction, including theming, props, graphics and signage, indoor and outdoor interactives, and other special features.
Roto partnered with zoo education and animal care experts to develop wide-ranging interpretive content, covering animal adaptations, conservation themes, and authentic African cultural immersion. These studies informed extensive graphical and theming design. Creating exploratory, interactive experiences inside and outside a real aircraft and field jeep requires extensive expertise in guest behavior, playground safety codes, informal learning, and clever, adaptive theming design.
Roto’s design-build capacity allowed the complete interpretive package to be created, developed, tested, built and installed for a fixed guaranteed allocation, equal to the zoo’s line budget for this entire scope.
"Roto worked with us to design and fabricate all interpretive elements, including modifying an authentic Beech 18 plane. Their design and fabrication team provide great work and outstanding customer service."
